Our Neighborhood Leadership Program is a 12-week course with a selected group of neighborhood leaders, advocates and residents from Kansas City, Missouri neighborhoods and homeowners associations. These volunteer leaders work together to build their organizations, their Board, and their team. They also learn from each other through our Sister Neighborhoods “Sisterhoods” program, which pairs organizations together for the duration of our program and beyond.
Cohort Neighborhood Leadership Training is framed around our Four Pillars of Neighborhood Vitality: Leadership + Governance, Health + Safety, Communications + Technology, and Planning + Development.
