Exercise for Life and Exercise your Brain are to classes held every Tuesday from 10:30am to 12:30pm at Gethsemane Baptist Church located at 3800 E 73^rd St, Kansas City, Missouri 64132.  I small donation is required to attend these classes.  With Exercise for Life attendees wither walk or jog the neighborhood or parking, do chair exercise and other light workouts lead by licensed personal trainer Mile Frye.  And with Exercise your Brain attendees express and share their creative talents through gardening, cooking, fabric, and jewelry making.  In 2019 the Exercise Your Brain class presented Mark One Electric Company Inc. with scarfs & hats to be given to those needing them.  Classes are on hold due to the virus.

New: Gregory Ridge neighborhood is working on strengthening our membership body, building our youth core, creating a structure to get the youth more involved, working on our social media presence, establishing relationships with businesses in the neighborhood, and begin to take on the challenges of removing the invasive honeysuckle throughout some of our wooded areas in our neighborhood.
